Easy Steps to Prevent and Improve Aging Eyes!

Sleeping - you needs a minimum of 7 hours but not more than 8 hours per night for a healthy body and longer life. You know, sleeping is the most important time for your eyes rest. Inadequate diet and a constipated, “clogged-up” system can cause swollen eyes. So you need a large glass of tepid mineral water the first thing when you wake up in the morning. If I feel my eyes become blurred vision or very tired after long hours of reading or writing especially in poor light environment or working too long with the computer. Having the palms of my hands placed over closed eyes and pressed gently for 2 minutes, then keeps my eyes look at long distance object for a while. Dark circle is the most serious problems for my eyes. I found out some foods would release high levels of acid and carbon dioxide gas during digestion that makes blood look darker then usual, therefore show through the fine skin below the eyes. At daily diet, try to avoid foods high in carbohydrates and low in antacid like white bread, pastries, white flour products and pasta dishes, etc. To improve the dark circle, I suggest to eat more fresh green and yellow vegetables and as much as fruits, especially oranges, tangerines, pineapples and grapefruit.
